Goetham is a dungeon within Southern Barrow-downs, in Bree-land. [33.7S, 53.9W]
This tomb is located in a pocket at the eastern mountain ridge, a distance south of the Dead Man's Perch. The layout is fairly simple, consisting of a larger central chamber, 3 auxiliary chambers and dark tunnels connecting them all. Somewhere within is a wicked shade named Faegfaer sailing around, a former prince of the Dúnedain.
Members of the Bree-town Hunting Lodge are much interested in the barrow grave-moss that is growing within the tomb, because it has "powerful medicinal properties".

Lore
- "The shade now called Faegfaer was once a prince of the Dúnedain -- but he was led astray by a misspoken oath of hatred at a time of weakness and loss. This error he compounded in a fruitless quest for vengeance, eventually trapping his spirit within the confines of the barrow of Goetham upon his death.
- In time, he was discovered by the Gaunt-man Fergandir and twisted to the service of Angmar in his anguish, which can be heard howling up through the bones of the earth on the darkest, moonless nights.
- Or so the story is told to the children of Bree-land around their fireplaces on dark and windy nights...." — Deed
