In the southern bounds of the dale lies this derelict farm, however, before the Assault on Archet this farmstead was well tended by Cal Sprigley, his wife Holly, and several farmhands. During those days a provisioner, Harry Greencorn, made his living as well.

During the Blackwold attack Cal, his wife, and Harry escaped the farm. Later, when trying to return, they found their farm and its cellar completely overrun by a monstrous brood of spiders, making it impossible to return.
