The Abodes Of Erebor is an area within Erebor in the Eryn Lasgalen and the Dale-lands region.

The Abodes of Erebor contain player housing which evokes the marvels under the Lonely Mountain. This massive multi-leveled homestead consists of many tiers of green granite stone with gold inlay, complete with elevators, and swimming pools full of gold coin to swim in. One of Smaug’s last treasure hoards has been opened and the Dwarves of Erebor have moved to reclaim it! Join them in owning a piece of Middle-earth, in the Great Hall under the Mountain.

Visit the Stable-master at the centre of any housing neighbourhood.
There is a Far-ranging stable-master located inside the Dwelling-halls, at the foot of the right-hand staircase. He allows access to any Far-ranging Stable destination the character has discovered already and meets the minimum level requirements. All travel is Swift Travel.

Near the entrance of the neighbourhood ^{[14.4N, 138.3W]} can be found the Housing Broker, VIP Rewards, Stable-master, and Task Board.

Provisions and Crafting Hall

Town Services are provided within the Homestead Provisions, which is a winding hall consisting of an "Auction House and Bank" ^{[14.1N, 138.6W]}, and "Crafting and Vendors" ^{[14.1N, 139.8W]} areas connected together.

The Homestead Provisions can be accessed in several ways:

From the Entrance of the neighbourhood, on your left is a door to the "Auction House and Bank". ^{[14.1N, 138.6W]}
On Oakenshield Way, in the Upper Walkways (near Kinship Hall), is a passage that leads to the "Auction House and Bank". ^{[17.4N, 138.8W]}
On Ironfoot Road, in the Upper Walkways (near Kinship Hall), is a passage that leads to the "Crafting and Vendors".^{[17.4N, 139.6W]}
Near the Ironfoot Gardens (near Geode House), there is a door to the "Crafting and Vendors". ^{[14.1N, 139.8W]}

Lower Causeway

The Lower Causeway is the bottom-most tier, hanging just above the swimmable hoard of gold below. This is where Standard Houses are located, across from each other on both sides of Wyrmhoard Bridge.

Causeway Overlook

The Causeway Overlook is in the south between the lowest and highest tiers, and is where you can take in the view of the neighbourhood. It is not connected to any causeways, and can only be accessed and exited by elevator from the Lower Causeway or Court of Games (Upper Courtyard). ^{[14.0N, 139.2W]}

Upper Courtyard & Upper Walkways

The uppermost tier is where the more luxurious homes are located, and includes the Upper Courtyard in the South and the Upper Walkways in the North.

A Kinship Hall can be found in the farthest north. ^{[18.2N, 139.2W]}
Deluxe Houses are found along Ironfoot Road and Oakenshield Way.
