Suppliers are always found in larger crafting areas, in homestead offices, and sometimes at other locations. They sell all sorts of materials for crafters. Materials for particular professions are sold by their vendor NPCs respectively.

In some locations they are simply named "Supplier" and their appearance change randomly.
