Gondorian Class Essences
The following table compares the various Class-specific essences. All Class-specific essences share the following characteristics:
- Tier 7 (minimum level 100 and maximum level 109). The item level is 192.
- Usable only by a single class.
- Unique use, meaning a character can only slot one of each type of essence across all equipped items.
- Bartered for from vendors in Ringló Vale, Dor-en-Ernil, and Lebennin.
- Instead of granting stats, these essences provide a beneficial effect or buff via a proc.

Arnorian Class Essences
The following table compares the various Class-specific essences. All Class-specific essences share the following characteristics:
- Tier 14 (minimum level 140 and maximum level 149). The item level is 470.
- Usable only by a single class.
- Unique use, meaning a character can only slot one of each type of essence across all equipped items.
- Obtained in the skirmish Doom of Caras Gelebren t2+ and the instance Sarch Vorn, the Black Grave t2+ through the following boxes:
- Instead of granting stats, these essences provide a beneficial effect or buff via a proc.

| When you critically hit, there is a 25% chance your bonus damage from Mettle will be doubled for 10s. | |
