Equipping 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Sooth-sayer armour set makes this skill grant bonus healing when the target is under the effect of Rune of Restoration.

Tactical Information

Although this skill is available to all Rune-keepers, it is mainly used by Healing Rune-keepers. Beware of its long induction though, and it should only be used while the Master of Allusion buff is active. It is the Rune-keeper's strongest single target heal, and should only be used on targets under full health.
