Tactical Information
Echoes of Battle is most commonly used by Blue Minstrels. An example of when this would be used is in a Fellowship, against a Boss that requires the group to deal a lot of damage. This skill will help increase the group's fellowship, but at a cost to healing output from the Minstrel.
