Minas Erain is a dungeon within Fornost, in the North Downs. ^{[4.0S, 53.6W]}

This dark tower is within the final and toughest part of the Fornost: Wraith of Shadow instance, and it is known as "Rooftops" and the "Final Tower".

This is the highest tower in all of Fornost, furthest to the north-east, and provides a sweeping view of all of the fallen city below. With the bridge to the main gate destroyed, the only accessible door is that of the basement.

The Warg-wight, Krithmog, and his pack have made a den within the basement, whilst a slew of vile entities roam the shadowed halls leading to the rooftop overlook of the tower.
