This ruined tower is within the Fornost: Wraith of Earth instance. Trolls and goblins fiercely protect the lower levels, seeking to halt any who wish to advance to the top and challenge Rhavameldir.

A multi-floor tower, Bard Harn is often called "the Second Tower" as it is the second tower with a required boss who drops a "Morgul-hilt" for completing a quest.
