Norbury Gates is a landmark within the Fields of Fornost, in the North Downs. [8.8S, 55.2W]
Proud these gates stand guard over the North-South Road running out of Fornost, once a royal high-road reaching far and wide the realms of Arnor. Now Orcs have set up camps and even built huts by their foundations and wargs are prowling for the unaware. Unlike other camps in the North Downs, these huts indicate the invading orcs hold long-term plans of settling within the walls of the ancient city.
However, a distance inside the gates the determined warrior will find the Treasure Hunters' Camp, a bit westward.
