Proud these gates stand guard over the North-South Road running out of Fornost, once a royal high-road reaching far and wide the realms of Arnor. Now Orcs have set up camps by their foundations and wargs are prowling for the unaware. However, a distance inside the gates the determined warrior will find the Treasure Hunters' Camp, a bit westward.
