This torrid ruin of a tower is within the Fornost: Wraith of Fire instance, the third of the four towers containing a Wraith and Morgul-hilt.

It is known as "the Stronghold" as well as "the Tower" and it houses many flaming wights on the ascent to the third Wraith of Fornost, Brogadan.
