With update 7 Fornost has been revamped. One of the new challenges is Light in the Dark. In order to complete this, Remmenaeg must be defeated without lighting the braziers too many times. You may only light the braziers 7 times, and since all 3 must be lit for him to be vulnerable, you can only make him completely vulnerable twice.
