This is the last remaining farm in not just Kingsfell, but North Downs as a whole, as all other landowners have listened to the advice of the Rangers, or they have been driven out by the invading Orcs.

However, the Orcs of Gurzlum are almost at the backyard of the farmstead, leaving Mr. Gatson troubled and in dire need of assistance.
