[9.6S, 42.1W] Dolindir is now called Esteldin. The marker is just behind Dúrlammad the Town Crier.
[11.2S, 52.0W] Henneth Rhún is now called Minas Vrûn. The marker is located in ruins overlooking the Fields of Fornost, directly in front of a statue of King Araphor.
[9.4S, 47.7W] Duintham is now called Ost Lagoros. The marker is up the slope to the west of Orthonn's camp.
[7.3S, 46.8W] Carnoglin is now called Ost Galumar. The marker is on a wall, above a small group of Dourhands, tucked into a cut in the slope which goes further into the ruins. The easiest way to get to it is by going up the eastern slope opposite, heading west over the bridge and then south along the top of the wall.
[15.2S, 43.2W] Ost Ardúlin is now called Merenost. The marker is on a ruined elevated round platform that is patrolled by a Ongbúrz Defiler.
