Across the river from the old fortress of Caranost, elves from Rivendell have established a camp to keep an eye on the orcs that have occupied the ruins. Unfortunately, many within the camp bear injuries that prevent them from combating the orcs directly.

Rangers have taken refuge within the camp after the attack on Sarn Ford by the Nine.
