The tomb of Arantar is located next to Haudh Tarcil, the tomb of his son, below the steep mountainside where the main road bends west towards Annúminas, where Arantar once ruled as the fifth High King of Arnor. Recently it was discovered that Angmarim have breached into the ancient chambers looking for a ring that may hold mystical powers.
