Interior during quest instance

High above Brandywine River this ruined lighthouse reminds of shipping of old, when the river was trafficked with trading ships. Now only crawlers and norbogs hide in its shadows. Inside the lighthouse awaits a particularly nasty Kergrim who has been plaguing the rangers at High King's Crossing. Its entrance is only open during a quest.
