Description
Arantar (Quenya for Lord of Kings) was son of Eldacar, great-grandson of Isildur. He ruled as the fifth King of Arnor for 96 years, beginning III 339. He died 250 years old after an uneventful life.
Arantar was the father of Tarcil who succeeded him as the High King.
