Haudh Valandur is a small Public Dungeon and landmark within Men Erain in Evendim. [16.4S, 66.5W]

The tomb of Valandur is located at a small islet of Lake Evendim, south of Haudh Eärendur. Its exterior is quite modest, if not the humblest, but inside its splendour shines through the wear and tear of long ages. Recently it was discovered that kergrim have succeeded to breach through the iron doors; items of great value for the Dúnedain Rangers are now at risk.

The tomb of Valandur, son of Tarondor. History mentions relatively little about the eighth king of Arnor, except that he is said to have died in violent and mysterious circumstances sometime around the 50th year of his reign - a foreboding sign perhaps, of the strife that was to fall upon the Northern Kingdoms in the years to come. — Deed text
