Legendary Items (old)
This page, Legendary Items (old), was moved from the main stream on 6 September 2015 and is no longer being updated. The replacement page, Legendary Items, represents a major re-write of the content to accommodate the many recent changes in the Legendary Item system associated with the various recent updates.
Overview
- Legendary Items (LIs) are special class-specific items that players first acquire when they complete the Quest:Chapter 9: A Weapon of the Elder Days of the Epic Volume II quest chain, The Walls of Moria, (an Instance). At the completion of Chapter 9, the player is awarded a choice of the character's first two Legendary Items as appropriate, and given further quests and instructions to activate and complete their new Legendary Items.
- Note: These are level 50 quests in the instance. While the quest can be accepted at level 45, it's better to wait until at least level 47 or 48 to start it, as it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible to hit some of the mobs encountered inside the instance at lower levels.
- Note: You cannot get help from someone who has already completed the instance, you must either do it on your own, or with people who have not yet completed it!
- Note: It is not mentioned in the tutorial tips when you first complete the questline that Shift-I is the way that you access the interface for slotting your LI. You must slot it before you can equip it. See Slotting_and_Advancement below for more details.
- Each character can only equip two Legendary Items - a weapon for the Main-hand (Primary Weapon) and either a Class Item or a ranged weapon (Secondary Weapon).
- Note that a Bow or Crossbow for the Hunter and Javelin for the Warden are not Primary Weapons, but are Ranged Weapons (Class Items) - see the table below.
- Additionally, each character has a Legendary Items Panel, where one can slot up to 10 LIs. LIs which are slotted as well as those equipped can advance in levels.
- You cannot dual-wield Legendary Items - if you are a class that can use two melee weapons at once, only the main-hand weapon can be a Legendary Item. This means you cannot use a crafted spear and still use a Legendary Weapon, as a spear must be in the main-hand slot as well.
- At approximately level 75, one may acquire a Legendary Bridle for one's War-steed. They come in three styles, Light, Medium and Heavy, to match the three types of War-steeds. Any bridle can be used on any War-steed, however certain Bridle Legacies may apply only to in certain configurations.
- The strength of a Legendary Item is determined by the following elements:
- Its age - a Legendary Item can be from the Third, the Second or the First Age. The older, the mightier.
- Its equip level - from level 51 to 100.
- Its Legacies - bonuses to specific skills that are applied to characters while they have the Legendary Item equipped. Legacies have types (of bonus), ranks (determining the strength of the bonus) and tiers (determining the cost of increasing ranks). The legacy type can be chosen at certain item levels and replaced by certain legendary scrolls. The legacy ranks can be increased using the points an Legendary Item gain by levelling. Legendary Items advance in levels through the acquisition of Item XP, IXP. At every 10 levels, a Legendary Item must be taken to a Forge-master and Reforged. The legacy tier can be increased at certain levels (during the reforging) and by certain legendary scrolls.
- Its relics that can be slotted in the relic slots to add additional bonus.
- Its Legendary Titles, that give further bonus to attributes, damage or protection.
- Some Legendary Items also have inherent properties which represent a static bonus that cannot be advanced, or which apply only to certain situations.
How to Obtain
- A character's first Legendary Item will be acquired by completing the quest Vol. II, Book 1, Chapter 9: A Weapon of the Elder Days. Their second Legendary Item will be acquired by completing the quest Vol II, Book 1, Chapter 14: Khazad-dûm at Last!. These first Legendary Items typically have legacies of high tier and are therefore of good overall quality, although they will have the same DPS as a minimum level 51 item and will only advance to level 40.
- Additional Legendary Items can be acquired through the following means:
- Quests
- A level 65 Second Age Legendary Item is the selectable reward for completing the Vol III, Book 3, Chapter 4: Ergothorn Elf-friend quest.
- A level 85 Second Age bridle Legendary Item is the selectable reward for completing the Vol III, Book 9, Chapter 9: The Dividing Line quest.
- Drops
- Humanoid mobs, level 51 and above, have a chance to drop random Third Age Legendary Items.
- Humanoid mobs, between level 51 and 65, have a chance to drop random level 51-64 Second Age Legendary Items.
- Chests in instances or skirmishes level 51 and above have a chance to drop random Third Age Legendary Items.
- Chests in instances or skirmishes between level 51 and 65 have a chance to drop random level 51-64 Second Age Legendary Items.
- Barter
- Humanoid mobs level 51-55 in Moria and Lothlórien have a chance to drop Rusted Dwarf Tools, which can be exchanged for level 53 or 55 Third Age Legendary Items.
- Humanoid mobs level 56 or higher in Moria and Lothlórien have a chance to drop Khuzdul Tablets, which can be exchanged for level 57 or 59 Third Age Legendary Items.
- Certain Moria raid bosses have a chance to drop Bright Emblems of Nimrodel, which can be exchanged for level 59 or 60 First Age Legendary Items.
- Several barter NPC's in camps in Mirkwood will accept Malledhrim Bronze Feathers and give you level 61-64 Third Age Legendary Items in return.
- Several barter NPC's in camps in Enedwaith will accept Silver Tokens of the Wilds and Golden Tokens of the Wilds and give you level 62 and 65 Third Age Legendary Items in return.
- Alred, in Stangard, will accept Silver Tokens of the Anduin and Golden Tokens of the Anduin and give you level 75 Third Age Legendary Items in return.
- A Relic-master will accept shards and give you level 55, 60, 75 or 85 Third Age Legendary Items (for your class only) in return.
- The Legendary Item Vendor in Skirmish Camps will accept Marks and give you level 75 Third Age Legendary Items or level 85 Third Age Legendary Items in return.
- The Class Traders at Glân Vraig in the Ettenmoors will accept commendations for level 85 Second and First Age Legendary Items. Items bartered here are bound on acquire and require rank 10 for a Second Age item and rank 13 for a First Age item.
- Crafted
- Crafters who are an Artisan of the Guild with their crafting guild can craft Third Age, Second Age, and First Age Legendary Items of level 60 or 65.
- After level 64, the only way to get a Second or First Age Legendary Item is through crafting or PvMP.
- Crafters who are a Master of the Guild with their crafting guild can craft Third Age, Second Age, and First Age Legendary Items of level 75.
- Crafters who are a Grand Master of the Guild with their crafting guild can craft Third Age, Second Age, and First Age Legendary Items of level 85.
Identifying an Item
- Before you can use a Legendary Item, you must first identify it. Once identified, the Legendary Item will show three major legacies, based on class and type of Legendary Item.
- To identify an item, take a Legendary Item to a Forge-master and open the Identify tab. Select the unidentified item and press the Identify Item button. Identifying a Legendary Item costs either silver or shards - you can change what currency you use to pay by clicking the toggle buttons at the bottom of the window. If the Legendary Item is for your class and level, you can now equip or slot it. If not, you can simply deconstruct it, or trade it with another player.
Legendary Item Ages
- Legendary Items are classified according to their age. The older the Legendary Item, the more powerful it can become. The maximum legacy points obtainable by a Legendary Item is determined by its age, as is the DPS and bonuses of the Legendary Item. More points means that the legacies on the Legendary Item can be better upgraded, giving greater bonuses. The following table summarizes the ages, qualities, and available points of Legendary Items:
Item Age Quality Maximum
Points at level 60Maximum
Points at level 70Third Age Rare (purple) 590 670 Second Age Incomparable (teal) 650 750 First Age Epic (golden) 710 830
Slotting and Advancement
- In order to equip or advance a Legendary Item, it must first be slotted.
- Equipping a Legendary Item will automatically slot it. However, if you have no open slots, you cannot equip a new item without deconstructing a slotted item first.
- You can exchange an Equipped LI for another Slotted LI by simply clicking on the Slotted LI.
- The only way to un-slot a Legendary Item is to deconstruct it.
- A Legendary Item can not be slotted unless the conditions for equipping it are met, including Level, Class, and Type.
- Your character must be of the same or greater level as the LI.
- If the LI is an item for a different class, you can only "deconstruct" it, trade it or sell it. You cannot slot it.
- You can only EQUIP one of each "Type" (Main-hand, ranged, etc.) of LI for your Class, however, you can slot others of the same Type for advancement.
- To slot a Legendary Item, open the Legendary Item Panel either through the main menu or by typing (by default) Shift+I. One can also change the default access via the "Options Panel," in both "UI Settings" and "Key Mapping." You can define a Tool-bar position to open the Legendary Item Panel when you click on it in the UI Settings Panel.
- Slotting an item will bind it to your character even if you do not equip it. Once slotted, Legendary Items cannot be put into a vault, house storage chest, or traded.
- Characters can have up to ten Legendary Items slotted at a time, though the last four slots require a purchase from the Lotro Store.
- Once slotted you can move a Legendary Item to a different slot by dragging the item onto the new slot in the Legendary Item panel.
- See Experience for Multiple Legendary Items below for an explanation of how IXP is distributed when multiple items are slotted.
- Note that a Legendary Item has an item level - the level of the weapon itself, somewhere between 1 and 70, that increases as you gain Item XP (IXP) - and a minimum equip level - the minimum level which the player must be to Equip it, somewhere between 51 and 150, which never changes for that specific item.
- As of Update 13, certain "Do you really want to do this" messages can be turned off. And turned on again via the Options Panel.
- Legendary Items are advanced when players acquire IXP (Item Experience).
- Aside from the initial Legendary Items you acquire from the Epic Volume II Quests, the Legendary Item does not have to be equipped to gain IXP, only slotted.
- Legendary Item Experience (IXP) can be gained from three sources:
- Killing mobs that are no more than nine levels lower than you (they must not be grey)
- Acquiring and using Heritage Runes
- Completing quests which grant IXP as a reward
- The IXP granted for killing mobs does increase with "Enhanced Experience." It can also be increased for a limited time by drinking a Fine Drink or by the use of various other buffs available as Hobbit Presents or from purchases from the LOTRO Store. Note that there are buffs which increase all forms of experience - XP. IXP and SXP.
- IXP can be completely disabled by using the Stone of the Tortoise (Experience Disabler).
- If you do not want a Legendary Item to gain IXP, you can disable levelling on the Legendary Item Panel for that particular Legendary Item.
- A Legendary Item can be leveled to item level 60. If you use a Scroll of Delving, the maximum item level is increased to 70, allowing you to receive and spend more points. There are four types of Scrolls of Delving, depending on the equip level of Legendary Item. You can use any of the higher level scrolls on the lower level Legendary Items, but the higher level scrolls are more expensive.
- For equip levels 51-60, use Lesser Scroll of Delving
- For equip levels 61-65, use Scroll of Delving
- For equip levels 66-75, use Greater Scroll of Delving
- For equip levels 75-85, use Riddermark Scroll of Delving
- For equip levels up to 95, use Eorlingas Scroll of Delving
- The following tables show the required IXP for Legendary Items to achieve specific levels. Note that this scale is not identical to the XP scale for characters.

Experience for Multiple Legendary Items
- If you have multiple Legendary Items slotted when you receive IXP from killing a mob or completing a quest, that IXP will be divided amongst all slotted items, unless an item is already at max level or you have disabled levelling on it. The amount of IXP that each slotted item receives depends on how many items between which it is being divided, see the table to the right. For example, if you have three Legendary Items slotted and none are at max level or disabled, and you turn in a quest that grants 10,000 IXP, each of the three items would receive 48% of the IXP which is 4,800 IXP.
Bonus for slotting Multiple Legendary Items
- Notice that the more items you have slotted the higher total amount if IXP is gained. If you have six Legendary Items slotted, you are in fact receiving 216% IXP across all of your items (36% times 6 items). In general, if you want to maximize both the amount of IXP you are gaining and the number of relics and heritage runes you are receiving upon deconstruction, it is best to always level six or more Legendary Items at a time.
- Note: For each item at max level and/or set to disabled levelling, the TOTAL exp gained is reduced by 1 item according to the chart.
Legacies
- Every Legendary Item has legacies, which give bonuses to class skills. Legacies are specific to your class and to the type of Legendary Item - all main hand weapons have different legacies than class items or ranged weapons. For legacies by class and type, see here.
- Legacies come in two types - major legacies (generally better legacies for the class) and minor legacies (generally less impressive legacies). A Legendary Item always has 3 major legacies on identification. At level 10, 20, and 30, when you reforge your Legendary Item, the forge master will give you a choice between two legacies. You must choose one to add to your Legendary Item. The choices presented may be major legacies, minor legacies, or one of each, but minor legacies are most likely. This means that a Legendary Item will end up with 6 total legacies, and between 3 and 6 major legacies and between 0 and 3 minor legacies.
- Note that Legendary Items identified before Update 2 - Echoes of The Dead (early 2011) may have between 2 and 4 major legacies on identification. Any Legendary Item identified now will have exactly 3.
- You only gain the benefit of your Legendary Item legacies if the item is equipped. Items that are slotted in your Legendary Item panel but not equipped on your character sheet gain item xp, but do not give you any bonuses.
Default Legacy
- Each item has a default legacy that is always the same on every Legendary Item of that type. For weapons, this default legacy is DPS or tactical damage, depending on class. For the class item, the default legacy varies between classes. For classes with healing, it is a bonus to tactical healing. For other classes, it's a bonus to incoming healing or shield use. For specifics on a class, see here.
Rank
- Each legacy has a rank. The rank indicates how much benefit the legacy gives to the class skill. For example, a rank 1 legacy could give a bonus of +1 targets to a skill. That same legacy at rank 2 could give a bonus of +2 targets to that skill. All legacies start at rank 1, which still gives some amount of bonus. Different legacies have different max ranks, somewhere between 4 and 9, depending on the legacy. Default legacies always have a max rank of 7.
- Increasing the rank to get better bonuses costs Legendary Item points. Your Legendary Item gains these points by levelling up. Different ages of Legendary Items have different maximum amounts of points. To increase the rank of your legacy, you must go to the Legendary Item Panel (shift + I by default) and click on the legacy you wish to increase, then click on 'Rank Up'. If you have the legacy points to spend, your legacy will increase and you will immediately get the increased benefit.
Tier
- Each legacy also has a tier, between 1 and 6. The tier indicates how expensive it is to level up that legacy's rank. The higher the tier, the cheaper it is to level. For example, a legacy at tier 2 may cost 95 points to level to rank 2. But that same legacy at tier 3 may cost 79 points to level to rank 2. Default legacies have no tier.
- It's possible to increase the tier of a legacy, making it cheaper to level, by using a Scroll of Empowerment. Each scroll raises the tier of that legacy by one, up to the maximum of 6. Note that you can't use a Scroll of Empowerment on a default legacy, as they have no tiers.
- There are five types of Scrolls of Empowerment, depending on the equip level of Legendary Item. You can use any of the higher level scrolls on the lower level Legendary Items, but the higher level scrolls are more expensive.
- For equip levels 51-60, use Scroll of Lesser Empowerment
- For equip levels 61-65, use Scroll of Empowerment
- For equip levels 66-75, use Scroll of Greater Empowerment
- For equip levels 76-85, use Riddermark Scroll of Empowerment
- For equip levels 86-95, use Eorlingas Scroll of Empowerment
Replacing Legacies
- You can replace legacies you don't want on your Legendary Item. To replace a legacy, you must first have a legacy replacement scroll. There are two types of replacement scrolls. The first type of replacement scroll replaces a legacy with another legacy. The replacement legacy must be for the same type of item - you can't replace a class item legacy with a main hand weapon legacy. The second replaces either a major or a minor legacy with a bonus to a specific stat.
NOTE: A major legacy can only replace another major legacy, while a minor legacy can replace either another minor legacy or a major legacy. This is why sometimes you intend to replace a certain legacy, but it does not appear as an option during replacement. This can easily happen if you are replacing your equipped LI with a new one, and the new one hasn't been slotted yet (Shift-I). A stat bonus scroll can replace any type of legacy, but it's wise to keep at least one Major legacy available in case you find a legacy you prefer.
NOTE: The legacy scroll will only be tier 2.
Equip Level (Item) | Legacy Applicable to |
---|---|
up to 59 | up to 60 |
60-64 | up to 65 |
65-74 | up to 75 |
75-84 | up to 85 |
85-94 | up to 95 |
95-100 | up to 100 |
- To get the first type legacy scrolls, which replaces a legacy with another legacy, you must level up a different Legendary Item that has the legacy you want to at least level 30, then deconstruct. Upon deconstruction, you choose one of the legacies on that Legendary Item and receive a scroll of that legacy. There are level limits on these scrolls - if you deconstruct an equip level 60 or lower Legendary Item, you'll receive a scroll that can only be used on Legendary Items with equip level of 60 or lower. If you deconstruct a Legendary Item with an equip level 74 or lower, the scroll can only be used on Legendary Items with equip level of 75 or lower. And so on.
- The second type of legacy scroll, which replaces a legacy with a bonus to a stat, are available for barter from a variety of places, including the skirmish camps and through the Relic Melding interface. There are two types - a scroll of Lesser stat, which creates a legacy of Tier 2, and a scroll of stat, which creates a legacy of Tier 4. See the full list here. They can be used on any level of Legendary Item.
Imbued Legacies
- "Second, we’re adding a new system of advancement to your legendary item. At level 100, you’ll be able to take a legendary item and specify it as “imbued”, locking in its current legacies and abilities. From this moment forward the item will earn experience (even through future level caps) but not require you to deconstruct it to attain a new item. Our goal is to take the early promise of an item that “grows with you” and fulfill that." Announced in the Producer's Letter - July 2014.
- Details yet to come.
Relics: Settings, Gems, and Runes
- Relics are items which can be slotted on Legendary Items in order to add additional buffs to their user. There are five types of relics:
- Settings, which grant will/might/morale/power and tactical and physical mastery
- Gems, which grant vitality/agility/fate and critical rating
- Runes, which grant incoming healing/in-combat morale regen/in-combat power regen and block/parry/evade
- Crafted, which grant might/agility/vitality/will/fate/morale/power/critical rating/tactical mastery/physical mastery
- Mounted relics, which can only be slotted into a bridle, and give a variety of stat bonuses or skill bonuses
- The first three types also have exceptional versions, more difficult to obtain, that grant additional or different bonuses.
- Legendary Items have four relic slots (one for each non-Mounted type). Relics can be slotted at any time, but slotting a new relic on top of an already-slotted relic will destroy the already-slotted relic. The only way to unslot relics is to use a Relic Removal Scroll. Crafted relics can never be removed. See the main Relic page for more details.
Legendary Titles
- Legendary Titles Index are items which can be applied on Legendary Items in order to add damage and/or protection bonuses. They can be obtained as quest rewards or as bartered items. Titles come in two types - those that can be applied to a weapon (either main hand or ranged) or those that can be applied to a class item. This means a hunter or a warden cannot use certain titles, as they have no class items, only weapons.
Also see Category:Legendary Items Title Quests for a collection of quests that lead to Title rewards, plus other useful LI crafting supplies such as Runes, Relics and Compendiums.
Legendary Scrolls
Scrolls are available via barter. For specific barter prices and where they can be obtained, see each scroll page. Scrolls of Renewal may also be obtained from Legendary Item deconstruction. All level requirements listed are equip levels, not the item level.
Stat legacies mean things like Might, Agility, Fate, Will, etc. There is no limit to the amount of upgrade scrolls you can use on a Legendary Item, though some types of scrolls can only be used once per Legendary Item.
- Scrolls of Renewal formerly known as Legendary Point Reset Scrolls: resets the points spent on Legendary Items. There are two versions of this scroll.
- A Scroll of Lesser Renewal will reset points spent on items up to level 60.
- A Scroll of Renewal will reset points spent on items up to level 150.
- These items are often obtained during a reforge.
- Scrolls of Empowerment formerly known as Legacy Upgrade Scrolls: upgrades the tier of one legacy of player choice on a Legendary Item. There are five versions of this scroll.
- A Scroll of Lesser Empowerment will upgrade a legacy on items up to level 60.
- A Scroll of Empowerment will upgrade a legacy on items up to level 65.
- A Scroll of Greater Empowerment will upgrade a legacy on items up to level 75.
- A Riddermark Scroll of Empowerment will upgrade a legacy on items up to level 85.
- An Eorlingas Scroll of Empowerment will upgrade a legacy on items up to level 95.
- An Anfalas Scroll of Empowerment will upgrade a legacy on items up to level 100.
- Stat Legacy Exchange Scrolls formerly known as Legacy Replacement Scrolls replace a chosen legacy with the stat legacy listed on the scroll.
- Legendary points spent on the exchanged legacy are refunded.
- Only one legacy of any stat type is allowed on a Legendary Item. There are two different versions that give different tiers for the new legacy.
- One set of these scrolls will replace the legacy with a Tier 2 legacy of the stat.
- The other set of these scrolls will replace the legacy with a Tier 4 legacy of the stat.
- Each stat can only be added to a single Legendary Item once.
- For specific stats and scrolls, see Legacy Replacement Scrolls
- Legacy Exchange Scrolls replace a chosen legacy with the skill legacy listed on the scroll. These scrolls are received for deconstructing a Legendary Item that is item level 30 or higher. See Reforging and Deconstructing for more information on how to get them.
- Legendary points spent on the exchanged legacy are refunded.
- Each legacy can only be on a given Legendary Item once.
- Legendary Items that are equip level 51-60 give scrolls that can only be used on equip level 60 or lower Legendary Items.
- Legendary Items that are equip level 61-74 give scrolls that can be used on equip level 79 or lower Legendary Items.

- The Greater Scroll of Delving adds 10 experience levels on items that are level 75 and below.
- The Riddermark Scroll of Delving adds 10 experience levels on items that are level 85 and below.
- The Eorlingas Scroll of Delving adds 10 experience levels on items that are level 95 and below.
- The Anfalas Scroll of Delving adds 10 experience levels on items that are level 100 and below.
Reforging and Deconstructing
- Every ten levels you will need to reforge a Legendary Item at a Forge-master. Reforging an item gives you the ability to add or upgrade a legacy on the item, and also permits you to rename the item and reset its legacy points.
- At levels 10, 20, and 30, you will be given two legacies to choose between to be added to the item. The legacies may be either major or minor legacies, with a higher chance for minor legacies. The tiers of the legacies range from 1 to 6. The higher the weapon's quality, the better tier the legacies are liable to be.
- At levels 40, 50, 60 (and 70 if you use a Delving scroll) you will be given two existing legacies on the item from which you can choose one to upgrade by one tier. The legacies from which you can choose to add or upgrade are random.
- Note: If your Legendary Item already has all tier 6 legacies on it, you will NOT be offered a legacy to upgrade, but another chance to add a new legacy instead (due to the fact that you can use upgrade scrolls).
- To maximize your "profit" from deconstructing an item before it has been Maxed-out, consider the following guidelines:
- Deconstruct an item "on the 6's" - 16, 26, 36, 46, 56, etc. to get the largest heritage rune
- Deconstruct an item "on the 1's" - 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, etc. to get the largest number of relics
- You can deconstruct any unequipped Legendary Item at any time at a Relic-master, even items that are not for your class. When you deconstruct a Legendary Item, you have a chance to receive the following:
- A heritage rune (item must be item level 11 or higher, and higher item level Legendary Items yield larger heritage runes)
- Relics (higher item level Legendary Items yield more and higher tier relics)
- Legendary shards (Level 50-60) or Legendary Fragments (Level 61-150), which are used to craft Legendary Items.
- Scroll of Lesser Renewal (Level 50-59) or Scroll of Renewal (Level 60-150)
- The option to extract a Legendary Legacy of your choice (item must be level 30 or higher)
- When you deconstruct a Legendary Item you lose all slotted relics on that item. You can use a Relic Removal Scroll to un-slot all non-crafted relics prior to deconstruction.
Crystal Upgrades
Star-lit Crystals
- Star-lit Crystals are rare items that, when used, upgrade the DPS, tactical healing rating, tactical damage rating or shield use rank of the Legendary Item as well as any ratings-based legacies and secondary ratings and stats. This means any percentage-based legacies will remain unchanged, as well any cooldown-based or number of target-based legacies. You can use a star-lit crystal up to three times per Legendary Item.
- A star-lit crystal provides more benefit for Third Age Legendary Items than Second Age ones, and more benefit for Second Age Legendary Items than First Age Legendary Items.
- Small Star-lit Crystal for Legendary Items level 65 and lower
- Star-lit Crystal for Legendary Items level 75 and lower.
- Riddermark Star-lit Crystal for Legendary Items level 85 and lower.
- Eorlingas Star-lit Crystal for Legendary Items level 95 and lower.
- Anfalas Star-lit Crystal for Legendary Items level 100 and lower.
Crystals of Remembrance
- Crystals of Remembrance are rare items that, when used, add an additional major legacy slot to the Legendary Item. This legacy slot will be blank when first used, but may be replaced with any major, minor, or stat legacy. It may only be used once per Legendary Item. This means the Legendary Item will have a total of seven legacies on it, at least four of which will be major legacies.
- The Crystal of Remembrance is available from the LOTRO Store or as a rare drop from scalable instances.
- Lesser Crystal of Remembrance for Legendary Items level 65 and lower
- Westfold Crystal of Remembrance for Legendary Items level 75 and lower.
- Riddermark Crystal of Remembrance for Legendary Items level 85 and lower.
- Eorlingas Crystal of Remembrance for Legendary Items level 95 and lower.
- Anfalas Crystal of Remembrance for Legendary Items level 100 and lower.
- Crystal of Remembrance from the LOTRO Store, for any level Legendary Item.
