Item Information
This item was originally a promotional reward for players who pre-ordered the Legendary Edition of the Riders of Rohan expansion, could be earned from Minas Morgul instances, or randomly obtained by opening Hobbit Presents at level 50 or above. Since Update 30.3, it's no longer obtainable. However, players who still have it in their inventory can disenchant it into Ancient Scripts.
