Location and Description
Kûr Anzar is a settlement located within the area of Tir Khûl, in Valley of Ikorbân. [38.9S, 64.7W]
There is a small camp, with just a Stable-master and a couple of vendors, outside the wall of the semi-ruined city occupied by the forces of the All-seeing Eye.
