This attempts to capture the various components of the "before" and "after" environments related to the events at "Isengard" and its environs as related in Update 13 in particular (which enables most of them) and to the entire structure of pages relating to those environments.
The Breaking of Isengard happens at the same time as the Battle of the Hornburg,
Depending upon "where/when" you are, the Map (M) pulldown for "Rhovanion/Isengard" will display the appropriate map.

BEFORE the Battle of the Hornburg (March 3-4) - Level 75+

Saruman is about to overrun the Fords of Isen.

While part of Dunland, Nan Curunír was under the control of Saruman, and is treated as a sub-region. The main area shares the same name

AFTER the Battle of the Hornburg (March 3-4) - Level 95

Saruman's army has overrun the Fords of Isen and marched on the Hornburg only to suffer defeat, and to discover in retreat that the Ents of Fangorn have laid waste to the Ring of Isengard.

Access to these areas require Update 12, the Helm's Deep Expansion.
The part of the Heathfells area around Grimbold's Camp and the fords, up Nan Curunír, is now included in the Westfold region of West Rohan
Nan Curunír is no longer under Saruman's control, and becomes a new region of Rohan
