Rohan - Westemnet

Rohan - Westemnet is a region od Rohan within the vale of the River Isen AFTER the fall of Isengard. It is essentially an extension of West Rohan after the Rohirrim and Ents defeated Saruman's forces, and replaces the sub-region of Nan Curunír which covers the same place BEFORE the fall of Isengard.
