Located by the western mountain ridge are some old, Arnorian ruins which are known as Ost Belegram (Sindarin for Mighty Fortress-wall). Now overgrown with vegetation, they are home to a tribe of stone-trolls. To the immediate north-east is the camp of the Elf scout Thoroniel, and the Wovenvales beyond.
