Myself
IRL I live in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria Australia. I'm married with three mature children. In my downtime I enjoy travelling, books, and MMORPGs. I work as a Departmental Manager for one of our Emergency Services in Victoria.
Gaming-wise I tend to stick with one a game for quite some time and only take time out when a seasonal or time-based episode presents special rewards (Think Diablo 3 on PC or Path of Exile on PS4). In MMOs I tend to be an Altaholic, ensuring that I am self-sufficient in crafting, and have at least the holy-tinity covered.
I've played LOTRO since the last beta, and am a Lifetime member. Prior to LOTRO I played GuildWars for several years. I returned to LOTRO in 2019 after a 4-year hiatus.
In 2014/15 I decided to take a break from LOTRO and played The Secret World for a while but switched to Star Wars The Old Republic, and Guild Wars 2 (which I keep semi-active and login at least weekly, if only playing when a new expansion occurs.
In most games, I enjoy endgame, and have a long raiding history in both LOTRO and GW2. Though I am in a few guilds/kinships and use Discord as required, I don't tend to socialise heavily, so tend to play solo at lot and join PUG groups if advertised.
