Ost Brandras is a landmark within Nan Tornaeth, in the Trollshaws. [28.0S, 13.6W]

Only one winding path leads to these ruins, running past Ost Chall. Ost Brandras towers high above and just west of the roaring Glamgil Falls. This once glorious fortress is now ruined, where today many walls are crumbling, bearing signs of prouder days. Now only hill-men, wights and rats can be found, where they defile its soil.

At its upper level to the south-west, the source of the overwhelming dread within Nan Tornaeth is found, a nefarious Gaunt Man named Gúrdring.

The following deeds can be obtained by visiting this location:

The following creatures are found within this area:

"This is another of the towers built upon the hills of Nan Tornaeth and combined into a fortress that once provided a commanding presence for the old kingdom here in the Trollshaws.
All of this has lain in ruin for as long as any Man can remember, and only the Elves can speak of its ancient glory." — Deed
