Mitigation Reduction Skills

There are two types of mitigation reduction skills.

1 - Rent Armour Skills: These skills are granted to Support classes, and are separated into Minor and Major Rent Armour Skills. See Shared Effects to see the match up.

2 - Unique Skills: The following skills apply a mitigation reduction effect upon an enemy target:
