The trait Thunderous Words in the Solitary Thunder trait tree makes this skill have a 15% chance to grant the Thunderous Words effect to the Rune-keeper. Further ranks increase the potency of the effect.

Tactical Information

Writ of Lightning is a Yellow Rune-keeper's primary debuff skill. While it deals decent damage, it should be used only once every 15s to keep up the debuff and nothing more. Writ of Lightning should be used three times in a row if needed to get to the max tier of Weakening Writ.
