Writ of Fire is one of the Fire Rune-keeper's 3 maintenance bleeds. Make sure to keep this bleed up on the enemy at max stacks. This skill is especially important now because of its Tactical Mitigation debuff, which tiers up to 3 times.

When Master of Connotation is tiered up to 5, make sure to use this ability, as the induction will be removed, and stacks can start tiering again.
