Description
The Thirsty Seer, or Cenir Faug, is one of the Taverns of Minas Tirith in Old Anórien. Located at the very end of the the Sages' Tier, the Fifth Circle of the White City, [66.2S, 19.7W] The Thirsty Seer is often frequented by students and masters of the nearby Houses of Lore.
Much of the interior looks more like a library than a Tavern, but there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and even enjoy a musical performance if you wish.

Description
The Fifth Circle survived the Siege mostly intact, and The Thirsty Seer is one of the few Taverns that has been able to re-open. The presence of so many soldiers in what was a quiet retreat is a bit unusual, but everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.

Description
For the Midsummer wedding of King Elessar and Queen Arwen, the walls of The Thirsty Seer, or Cenir Faug, has been blanketed in flowers and banners. The place is crowded with soldiers and civilians enjoying the feasting and the revelry. It seems that the Tavern Keeps have joined the throng, because none are behind the counters in this version of the Tavern. [21.8N, 56.5W]
Note that certain quests and NPCs are available only when the Midsummer Festival is active, though Midsummer Minas Tirith is accessible year-round.
