Description

The Clean-waters can be found on the Workers' Tier, the First Circle of Minas Tirith, before the Battle of Pelennor Fields. They are at the very southwestern end of the tier. ^{[67.7S, 19.7W]}

This is where the people of the city come to wash their clothes. Lines of sheets and vestments are strung up, and the citizens use tubs of the cisterns' waters to wash out their clothing in soap suds. The entrance to the Cisterns of Minas Tirith can be found here, and the statue of King Ondoher Manardil oversees the square from high above.
