Description

The Cresting Wave (Sindarin for Falf Falthol) can be found on the Players' Tier, the Fourth Circle of Minas Tirith, before the Battle of Pelennor Fields. It consists of a patio seating area near a fountain, with no interior area. This wine-shop is frequented by minstrels and their patrons.

During the Midsummer celebration, the space is in use for feasting but the sign is gone and so is the Tavern Keeper.
