Description

Mâr Naphra can be found in a sheltered cove on the island of Bakhjâd in the Shield Isles. ^{[3.8S, 130.7W]} There are two entrances to the town, one in the northeast ^{[3.5S, 130.2W]} and one in the southwest. ^{[4.3S, 130.3W]}

It is said that Saklaphêl, widow of Balakhôr the Scourge, has taken up residence here, though she passes messages only though Galadaith.
