Description
Saklaphêl is the widow of Balakhôr the Scourge and mother of their son Balakhâd. After the Kindred of the Coins captured her son, she is rumoured to have taken refuge in Mâr Naphra. There she works behind the scenes, giving orders through Galadaith. No one else in the Shield Isles has laid eyes on her.
She has placed bounties on the heads of several members of the Kindred of the Coins in an effort to regain her son.
