In southeastern Angmar, a large colony of blade-beaks make their burrows within the narrow walls of this ravine. Winding south from is entrance, the ravine is full of dead trees, gnarled roots, and shallow pools of muddy water. Drakes make theirs nests in the ridge above the ravine overlooking the Gorothlad to the north.
A path runs downwards into the ravine before it forks in two. The north-eastward fork runs uphill to the nest of fire-drakes, while the other fork eventually reaches a dead end full of more burrows and some treasure the blade-beaks have hoarded.
