Minas Dhem is a landmark within Nan Gurth, in Angmar. [8.0N, 22.4W]
This is the northern spire of the "Tower of the Witch-king". It is occupied by a host of shambling wights and reanimated limbs. A gaunt lord patrols the tower exterior, likely in command of the wights. Unlike many of the eight towers, this does not allow any entrance to its inside.
