Description

Léoflac is a Faction Rewards vendor for the Eglain faction. He is found at the centre of Ost Guruth in the Lone-lands where he sells various items to those who meet certain requirements; this includes selling "requests" for gaining a better standing with the Eglain (such a request starts a crafting quest).
