Most(?) of these locations don't have articles (of their own) yet. As part of updating Public Dungeons and Hytbold daily quest location data (Category:Hytbold Quests) ...
- "short name" is just a quick identifier for my reference
- "instance name" is what is displayed by the ingame minimap's Location label (usually too long for the UI to display fully except in tooltip)
- each mounted combat instance only has one quest, offered every day
- each of the other 4 non-MC instances has a pair of quests but only 1 of the 4 instances is offered on a given day
- MC? answers whether players may mount warsteeds and use Mounted Combat skills (interior instances usually don't allow, exterior instances usually do) (yes+ indicates mobs are mounted as well)
if each location gets its own article, the full "instance name" seems the most likely candidate for official title. it might be preferable to drop the "Public Instance:" bit, though.
