Location

Fushaum Bal South (Black Speech for Fire Encampment) is a point of interest within Talath Úrui on the Plateau of Gorgoroth. [56.6S, 13.6E]

The southern half of Fushaum Bal is inhabited by Haradrim under the command of Thâng, the Knife, and by Sûhalar Easterlings under the command of Mâlatuk, the Hammer. They are in conflict with the inhabitants of Fushaum Bal North, who are attempting to take over the town. These men do not attack on sight, but threaten any who come too close, giving the adversary a chance to move away before initiating combat. Defeating them decreases reputation with Enmity of Fushaum Bal south and increases reputation with Enmity of Fushaum Bal north.

The entrance to Fushaum Bal South is in the south-west. [57.0S, 13.0E] There are two bridges across the chasm to Fushaum Bal North, over which the two factions do battle. [56.0S, 13.4E] [55.5S, 14.2E]

The highest point of the encampment is at the south-east corner. Here is a heavily guarded courtyard before a large building, over which loom many Black Serpent standards and five Mûmak skulls. The leaders of Fushaum Bal South can be found here. [56.7S, 14.2E]
