Completing a quest for one faction typically results in a decrease in reputation for the other faction. This quest is available with Outsider reputation level with Enmity of Fushaum Bal south. Being spotted by Fushaum Guards in Fushaum Bal North will fail the quest: A guard spotted you sneaking around! Failed: Fushaum Bal South: Dealing in Stealing Fushaum Guards patrol fixed routes along the streets. Observe their movements, and try to stay in alleys and behind buildings. When you are done stealing and are ready to talk to Thâng, you no longer have to avoid the guards. Fushaum Guards in Fushaum Bal South and Khundolar Guards do not fail the quest.

You should steal food from Fushaum Bal North while avoiding the guards. Stole food (6/6) Objective 2 Talk to Thâng Thâng can be found at Fushaum Bal South. You should talk to Thâng. Thâng, the Knife: 'Ah this food will continue feeding us for quite some time!'
