Location
Iant Ruin (Sindarin for Bridge of Fiery-red) is a landmark within Dor Amarth and Orodruin, on the Plateau of Gorgoroth. [50.1S, 25.0E]
This bridge once provided access to Orodruin from Barad-dûr, but it was broken in the downfall of the tower.
The road to Amon Thaur at the end of Iant Ruin can be accessed during Instance: Union of Evil and the Resource Instance Road on The Burning Mountain. However, the bridge itself is inaccessible.
