The tomb has 3 levels and the gang-leader is on the lowest-level. In the absence of Delving, and the associated larger aggro radii, the mobs on the middle level can be skipped, if one hugs the outer edge of the stairway. The scout is at the entrance to the mission [41.1S, 31.4W].

Bestowal Dialogue Speak with Dyvan. Travel to Haudh Nírui and search for the Blogmal gang-leader. Defeat it and as many goblins as you can to drive them out of the tomb. Background Haudh Nírui has been overrun by grave-robbing goblins. If we defeat their leader we may be able to scare them off for now. Objective 1 Defeat the Blogmal gang-leader You should defeat the Blogmal gang-leader. Objective 2 Find the Scout Objective 3 Return to Dyvan and tell him you have defeated the Blogmal gang-leader With your mission in the ruins successful, you should return to Dyvan and tell him you have defeated the Blogmal gang-leader. Scout: 'Well done, <name>! You have defeated the Blogmal gang-leader!'
