Walkthrough & Notes

Unlike Missions: Steps of Caranost, the mobs in this mission typically stand back far enough from the gates, so that they are not hit by area-of-effect attacks directed at the gates. The zig-zag layout of the mission tends to cause pathing problems for pets/companions. Best to keep tabs on whether they are "stuck" or not. Once breaching the last gate, make you run across the bridge, there is no need to fight the remaining Mobs.

Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue Speak with the mission giver and have them escort you to the Bridge of Caranost where you will attempt to drive the Orcs back into the ruin. Background Forcing the Orcs back across the bridge at Caranost will provide the small band of defenders at the outskirts of the ruins some respite. Make your way across the bridge and drive the foe back. Objective 1 Reach the opposite side of the Bridge to Caranost The bridge of Caranost is overrun. Battle the enemy forces back to relieve the threat against Sírlond. Objective 2 Find the Scout Objective 3 Talk to Baglan Your success at forging across the bridge affords the encampment at Sírlond a welcome respite. Return to the mission giver with this report. Scout: 'Their numbers seemed endless. You are truly a hero. Quickly let us return to the mission giver and tell them all you have done.'
