Description

Dâr Laja, the Meeting-hall, can be found off of Bith Gabâr, the Forum, in the Upper Ward of Umbar Baharbêl. It is the gathering place for the Kindred of the Coins, whose leadership assembles here to hear the voices of Umbar's citizens and their concerns. Reopened only recently to the populous following recent events, it now serves as a hub for the Kindred to direct their will for the betterment of the nation.
