To get quickly to the Fleet-fast, take the tunnel entrance into Umbar-môkh and a Tunnel-guide to The Dûlkar. Exit Umbar-môkh, head to the right, past the ramp to the market stands. Coordinates Directions / Description [24.0S, 97.8W] Fruit Peddler. [24.0S, 98.0W] Cloth Dealer. [24.0S, 98.1W] Fishmonger. [24.7S, 98.2W] Old Bastion Innkeeper at the Old Bastion Inn. [24.3S, 98.2W] Fleet-watch Tavernkeeper at the Fleet-watch Tavern. After talking to all NPCs, you can take the nearby tunnel entrance into Umbar-môkh, and take a Tunnel-guide to Beneath Dâr Laja where you can exit.

Bestowal Dialogue 'I have another task for you, should you be willing.' You quietly ask Belondor if he has decided whether or not to accept the offer from the Order of the Eagle. 'I have not. There are many things to consider. The cost may outweigh the benefit. Speaking of costs, life goes on and there are still things that need doing in the Fleet-fast.' 'Traders that are permitted to sell their goods and services within the Fleet-fast are required to pay regular dues to be allowed to do so. When I am not at sea, this is something I like to do personally. It is good to be seen and to meet them in person, but the additional workload brought on by the re-opening of Dâr Laja has been taxing.' 'You would be helping me a great deal if you would collect these dues for me. If any of them give you trouble, I guarantee that a little bit of rough handling will convince them that paying you is as good as paying me.' Background Belondor has asked you to go to the Fleet-fast on his behalf and collect dues from the merchants there.
