Uialrond sits opposite the doors to Barad Cúron in the uppermost level of Minas Morgul, the Circle of Death. Once a council-hall of Minas Ithil, the building has been locked and sealed with powerful wards by the inhabitants of Minas Morgul for years against just the echo of Galadriel's presence.
