Rhiangar Nevit is a woman of Cardolan and the daughter of Cadwallon, the Mayor of Herne. She has recently returned to Herne from studying in Bree, where she was researching Luilloth, Princess-regent of Cardolan long ago. Rhiangar's mother, long dead, once followed the same research. Rhiangar cares for her father, but is suspicious of Osian.

Rhiangar is first met at Stonecrop Encampment searching for her father, but travels back to Herne and then to Gerwyn's Convoy in Southern Andrath. ^{[37.6S, 49.8W]}
