Bestowal dialogue
A vision of Fram the Foremost, fighting a fierce mountain-drake, comes into view.
Background
For Léothred and Fróthi, the truth of how Fram slayed Scatha begins to take form.
Objective 1
- Approach the vision of Fram
Approach the vision of Fram.
Objective 2
Experience the vision.
- The self-exiled Man draws near.
- He seeks Scatha, the Worm.
- I also search for Scatha as the worm could not be tamed.
- I could not tame Scatha, my only option was to kill the long-worm.
- Is that Wrothbláda?
- I could kill him here, take the sword and use it against Scatha.
- However, Fram is more skilled with this particular blade than I.
- Karazgar says, "Greetings, friend. I mean you no harm, and hope I did not startle you."
- Fram says, "Who are you? Speak your name, stranger."
- Karazgar says, "My name is Karazgar. I am but a traveller from the east. You, my friend, look a skilled warrior."
- Fram says, "I have not seen nor heard of you before, Karazgar. These mountains are dangerous."
- Fram says, "I am Fram, and I am on a mission of revenge. I seek to slay the dreaded long-worm, Scatha."
- Karazgar says, "Yes, Scatha! Luck would have it, I also search of the beast."
- Karazgar says, "It stole from me an heirloom from my family. I alone vowed to reclaim what my family lost."
- Fram says, "That is a noble cause, Karazgar. I am close to finding the beast."
- Fram says, "Perhaps we could work together?"
- Karazgar says, "That is very kind of you, Fram. I would be honoured to fight along your side!"
- Together we searched for the Worm.
- That was when I learned that Fram was the son of Frumgar.
- Fram says, "You are quite skilled in combat yourself!"
- Karazgar says, "Thank you."
- I then formed a plan to use Fram as a pawn.
- I shall sow discord in the North, and kill Scatha at the same time.
- 'You can hear the thoughts of Karazgar.'
- Oh the pieces, they fall right into place. I have Fram right where I want him.
