Wyrmsgráf lies high in the mountains above Elderslade, guarded by Malkorlash to the west and Nathból to the south and protected by all manner of dragon-kin. Within the caves rests a portion of the hoard of Scatha the Worm and an old hideout of one of Sauron's sworn Deathless.

The Wyrmsgráf River flows from outside Wyrmsgráf, and takes its name from the caves.
